You can come to me for writing, in all its forms.
I write for business and pleasure – often at the same time. My background in social media strategy means that I’m good at finding the right language for both the audience, and the platform. My reading habits range from historical non-fiction, shamefully trashy fiction, children’s books, the small print on the back of a chocolate bar, and leaflets that have nothing to do with my life. In short, I think you can learn something from anything you read, and my mind is rich with useless facts as testament. One of my favourite things to do, is to write for children. I have written a series of non-fiction books about family which is published by Wide Eyed Editions, and my stories and games as part of Stories From Your Auntie have been published by Anorak and Root and Star magazines.
My Background
I’m an intuitive chef who learned by doing, helping my mother and aunt cook elaborate family meals from the time I was old enough to hold a spoon. Those early experiences led me to pursue an M.A. in Nutrition and I now combine my love of food and healthy living to help clients live and eat better.

I believe that in a world of modern maladies caused by work and lifestyle, food is often the best medicine. I teach my clients how to make small dietary changes that stack up big gains over time.
“Colette’s method is incredible. I completely changed my eating habits, but never felt like I was missing out on anything.”
